4. Payments
Payments must be made as per the agreed terms stated in the invoice. In the case of delayed payments, Nuveca reserves the right to charge interest and administrative fees. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Both parties shall treat all information exchanged during the course of the collaboration as confidential and shall not disclose it to any third party unless legally required.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, documentation, and materials created during the service period remain the intellectual property of Nuveca unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nuveca shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of data or profit.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the Netherlands.
